WebAug 31, 2015 · In task manager I have now seen that it is the WMI Provider Host that is constantly fluctuating from 30% up to 97% (mostly high) and it is causing my laptop to be really slow and cause it to go to the blue screen a few times. oddly there are 2 of the WMI Provider Host in the task manager list, the second one isn't using any CPU.
