WebApr 14, 2024 · I need some advice. My downstairs toilet was constantly running so using the internet I managed to identify the issue as a damaged diaphragm washer. I went to Screwfix and purchased a new Siamp washer. I am confident I have installed it correctly however now the inlet valve will not shut off. The float is rising and is set at the correct height.
