WebMay 20, 2024 · We presented our culinary medicine elective course consisting of lecture, directed study, application exercise, clinical skills, and lab sessions. Each session was team-taught by instructors, clinicians, and chefs. The results from the survey showed that our culinary medicine elective course increased students’ perceived knowledge of nutrition.
