WebI haven’t tried the duke of tone (or a prince/king for that matter). But I own an mxr timmy. Basically it does what it says on the tin. It’s a great transparent overdrive, and the eq controls are more useful than most. But in saying that, and this is just me, but I kind of find it almost a bit boring sometimes.
